OUR IMPACT
Established to grow financial support for Mahima India, Friends of Mahima raises funds to help support the critical rehabilitation programs for the children they serve."
The Critical Need for Support
Around the world, millions of children face sexual abuse and exploitation. It’s estimated that every eight minutes, a child disappears into trafficking. Mahima India is working to stop that.
Many survivors, once rescued, have nowhere to go or don’t know where to begin—leaving women and children vulnerable to further exploitation. We work to break the cycle. But we can’t continue this life-changing work without donors like you. Every contribution, big or small, helps fuel this mission.
Mahima India stepped in to introduce a new standard of care by providing professional, trauma-informed counseling, education, legal services, and repatriation when needed - all in a nurturing, uplifting environment.
Restoring dignity. Renewing hope. Rebuilding lives.
This past year,
350 children
received critical care through the services of Mahima, India.
